Hoffman – This kid has wheels, hands and a great mind for the game…and he’s yet to play a single pro game. The Hoff may have a VERY bright future.
Gryba – A cool customer, with solid puck skills and legs. A budding number 1?
Butler – A nose for the net, a high hockey IQ, and a chance of a lifetime, let’s see what he can do with it.
Cowen – Steady and improving. Needs more seasoning, but is living up to his potential as a legitimate top end shut-sown dman.
Lehner – Sloppy in one, solid in another, exactly what one would expect from a young goaltender with a bright future.
Wiercioch – Needs to keep it simple, don’t try to do it all in one shift, improved game over game.
Daugavins – This kid so reminds me of Vermette. Good wheels, good hands, but can’t seem to put it all together…yet.
Looking forward to T.C., and seeing what these guys can do with better and more consistent linemates.
Good tournament boys, keep up the hard work, you did yourselves, and your families proud.
